During construction, we collaborate with the contractor and trades to ensure the space is built according to the drawings and with the highest degree of quality and craftsmanship. As the project progresses, we will meet on a regular basis to review and inspect work, resolve issues and provide documentation on key decisions or changes to ensure the entire team is kept in the loop.

  • Site inspections to ensure construction is in accordance with design drawings, specifications and schedules

  • Issuing and managing change orders and addenda

  • Review shop and manufacturer's drawings for approval

  • Oversee installation of furnishings, fixtures, and equipment on the client’s behalf

  • Receive and review invoices prior to recommending payment by the client

  • Final on-site inspections to issue certificates of completion
